Thank you for shopping with NVsisters Global. As all of our bags and accessories are handcrafted, we carefully prepare each order to ensure the highest quality.

1. Order Processing Time

All products are handmade.
Orders are prepared within 1–3 business days before being shipped.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

2. Shipping Time

International shipping times may vary depending on the destination country:

  • Europe: 4–7 business days

  • USA & Canada: 6–12 business days

  • Middle East: 4–8 business days

  • Asia: 7–14 business days

Customs inspections may cause additional delays, which are outside our control.

3. Shipping Fees

Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on the customer’s location and selected delivery method.

4. Customs, Duties & Taxes

Buyers are responsible for any customs duties, VAT, import taxes, or additional fees required by their country.
NVsisters Global is not responsible for customs delays or charges.

5. Shipping Carriers

We ship orders using trusted international carriers such as:

  • DHL

  • UPS

  • FedEx

  • PTT International (Registered International Shipping)

The carrier may vary depending on the destination country.

6. Tracking Information

All orders are shipped with a tracking number.
Tracking details will be sent to your email as soon as your order is shipped.

7. Wrong Address or Delivery Failure

If the customer provides an incorrect or incomplete address, the shipping cost of resending the package will be the customer’s responsibility.

NVsisters is not responsible for delivery failures caused by:

  • Wrong address

  • Recipient not being available

  • Local postal services

8. Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photos of the package and product.
If the package is lost during shipping, we will assist you in contacting the carrier.
